FEES

 

All planning package sales from Dluxe Travel are final. Should you book and later decide To cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained.

This fee is non-refundable, and non-transferrable. In addition, this fee will not be applied to your booking. This is an administrative planning fee.

MODIFICATIONS

We pride ourselves on providing the best service. If you are dissatisfied, we will work diligently to resolve any issues.

Kindly review all modification policies below:
 

• Upon receipt of your quote you will be able to modify your proposal twice at noadditional cost, additional modifications will be assessed a $25.00 fee PER MODIFICATION.

• Once you receive your quote, you have 14 days to make a decision, by making a deposit or full payment to avoid resubmitting a new inquiry to verify if rates and availability has changed.

 

• Destination changes during or after research will also incur a $50.00 fee per change.

​

• Changes to active bookings will incur a $50.00 post booking fee per change.
